New Color Challenge Blog Called SPCC

Last night I was so HAPPY to come across a NEW Color Challenge Blog called SPCC (Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combos) all thanks to Samantha who left a lovely comment on my previous post for Dawn's Color Challenge. I was so happy and excited especially when she said that she was looking for people to join her Design Team over on the blog HERE. There are details there about the Color Combos and how to be in the chance for joining her Design Team.

With this inspiration I cranked out 3 cards!!! Below is the colors for this week. I haven't got the New SU! In Color's yet but they are on my list! So I used some colors that were close to them as possible.

The first card I created uses SU! Organic Outlines a set I LOVE but haven't used much, seems to be the same story for most of my sets - maybe I have too many! Never LOL! Anyway, I used a bit of Whisper white to make the chosen colors pop!
Just a close up of the sentiment and gorgeous PTI Swiss Dots Ribbon in Berry Sorbet.

{Ingredients}
Card Stock: SU! Taken With Teal, Close to Cocca, Whisper White. PTI Berry Sorbet
Ink: SU! Taken With Teal, Close to Cocca, PTI Berry Sorbet
Stamps: SU! Organic Outlines
Accessories: PTI Berry Sorbet Swiss Dots Ribbon, SU! Corner Rounder Punch

After making my first card I decided that one wasn't enough! So I got to creating another card! This one I kept the Cocca color as the base and used the other two as the elements again with a lil bit of white to add an extra POP! to the sentiment.

Below is a close up of the sentiment detail and I used a Hero Arts Woodgrain stamp - LOVE that effect.

{Ingredients}
Card Stock: SU! Taken With Teal, Close to Cocca, Whisper White. PTI Berry Sorbet
Ink: SU! Taken With Teal, Close to Cocca
Stamps: Hero Arts Artistic Windows LP128, SU! Circle of Friendship
Accessories: SU! Tempting Turquoise 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon, PTI Berry Sorbet Buttons, Fiskars Border Punch

As I was on such a creative roll I decided to do 1 more card. Things are always better in 3's!

For this card I chose a white base and used one of my favorite HA Stamps the Heart Winged butterfly. I stamped it in Close to Cocca and colored it with my SU! Markers and then added Glitter Glue to the whole butterfly for some sparkle and added dimension :)

{Ingredients}
Card Stock: SU! Taken With Teal, Close to Cocca, Whisper White. PTI Berry Sorbet
Ink: SU! Taken With Teal, Close to Cocca, PTI Berry Sorbet
Stamps: Hero Arts Heart Winged ButterflyF5158, PTI Birthday Basics & Polka Dot Basics
Accessories: PTI Berry Sorbet Swiss Dots Ribbon, Martha Stewart Border Punch, Glitter Glue, Hero Arts Gems.

I hope that you will hop over to the SPCC Blog and have a go at this weeks color challenge! Off to start my Hero Arts entry for this weeks challenge HERE. May not get to post tomorrow as I'm off to London with a few college friends to a exhibition called New Designers. It's full of inspiration for my design degree :) can't wait!!

Thanks for stopping by!

I had my mind set that my fav was your first card. Very nice. Then you had to throw in the butterfly card! That is a gorgeous card. You have done a wonderful job on all three.
